Creating a resume

Effective job search strategy
To get the opportunity to participate in an interview with an employer, you must pass the first stage of selecting candidates for a vacancy based on your resume. To attract the recruiter's attention to your candidacy, your resume must meet certain criteria, as he analyzes more than 100 resumes every day.
02
Passing a telephone interview

If your resume is selected, the employer will usually call you within 1–3 days to ask a few questions and decide whether you should be invited for an interview.
During the conversation, questions may arise about your work experience, the circumstances of your dismissal, your expectations for future work, and your desired salary level. It is important to listen carefully to the questions and answer them clearly and without unnecessary "water". Do not forget that the employer is looking for a person who is motivated to develop and improve himself, and not just for a salary and comfortable working conditions. During a telephone interview, it is important to find out information about the company, responsibilities, work schedule, and working conditions.
03
Testing or questionnaire
If the phone interview is successful, you will be invited to a first personal interview in the office. Before that, you may be asked to fill out a questionnaire in which you will need to provide brief information about yourself. Try to answer all questions, write clearly and legibly. Remember that it is important to provide only truthful information, as it can be checked. Think in advance about who you could indicate in the questionnaire to provide you with recommendations. These could be your managers, supervisors, or teachers. The questionnaire may also include several tests (English language skills, analytical skills, etc. - depending on the position). The main thing here is to concentrate, read the questions carefully and give thoughtful answers.
04
The first stage of the interview
An interview is an opportunity to showcase your strengths, abilities, and accomplishments to an employer. It's important to remember that an interview also helps determine whether the company or job meets your needs and expectations. Since you spend a large portion of your life at work, it's important to make sure you have a great time and enjoy your time there.

05

Second interview with immediate supervisor
If the first interview is successful, you will usually be called within 3 days and invited to a final interview with your future manager. During the second interview, you will usually be asked to answer "tricky" questions. It is important to remember that you are expected not only to give correct answers, but also to behave confidently and with dignity. Stay calm, answer confidently and clearly. At this stage of the interview, it is important to receive clear information about the duration of the probationary period, salary level, responsibilities, employment registration and work schedule in order to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts in the future.
